Answers before you arrange an assessment.
Straightforward guidance for homeowners, property managers and facilities teams who may be dealing with a mould or indoor-environment concern for the first time.
What you need to know
Clear information, organised around the decision.
Can PureSpace confirm whether mould is present?
PureSpace assesses the relevant conditions and identifies mould where it is confirmed through the investigation. The scope is agreed around the concern and the building.
Does every assessment require sampling?
No. Sampling is used where it is appropriate and will help answer the investigation question. The site conditions and purpose of the assessment determine the approach.
Do you only provide testing?
No. PureSpace combines assessment, identification, interpretation and practical remediation guidance. The aim is to help the client decide what to do next.
How quickly will I receive the report?
PureSpace reports are normally delivered within three business days of the site visit.
Do you serve homes and businesses?
Yes. PureSpace supports residential, commercial and industrial clients, including homeowners, property managers, workplaces and facilities teams.
Should I clean or disturb the affected area before the visit?
Avoid disturbing suspected mould unnecessarily. When booking, tell the team what you have observed and ask whether any preparation is required for your particular assessment.
