PureSpace · What to expect

A clear route from concern to corrective action.

Every assignment begins with the question the client needs answered. The assessment, investigation and report are then shaped around that decision.

What you need to know

Clear information, organised around the decision.

01

Before the visit

Share what you have observed, when it began, the areas affected and any relevant history of leaks, flooding, repairs or recurring moisture.

02

During the assessment

The PureSpace team reviews relevant building conditions, visible indicators and moisture-related evidence. Sampling is included where it will add useful information to the investigation.

03

Identification and interpretation

Findings are considered together so the client receives more than an isolated result. Where mould is confirmed, PureSpace identifies it and explains the conditions relevant to the response.

04

Report and next steps

The report records the findings and provides practical remediation and source-control guidance. PureSpace reports are normally delivered within three business days of the site visit.
