Terms and Conditions

1. Please make all cheques payable to Environmental Solutions Ltd.

2. Job will commence only after acceptance of this quotation.

3. Results are presented in an electronic Report citing the relevant standards, where applicable. If the client requires a printed copy of the Report additional costs will apply.

4. Turnaround time for analysis is ten (10) business days unless the client requires a rush analysis, which will be at an additional cost.

5. If ESL is required to prepare a Detailed Analytical Report based on the analytical results additional professional fees will be apply. 

6. Turnaround time for subcontracted parameters may take 3 – 4 weeks.

7. Costs presented are estimated costs, actual costs may vary depending on the requirements to execute the job.

8. If there are any discrepancies in the calculated totals, the unit costs will take precendence in rectifying any such issues.

9. Prices are only valid for the period stated, and are subject to change without notice thereafter based on the fluctuation in the Jamaican Dollar.

10. ESL-QEHL agrees to maintain confidentiality of all materials and data collected, analyses undertaken, and reports presented as a necessary part of the Consultant/Client relationship

11. ESL-QEHL will highlight data that is non-compliant once the data is compared to a standard without the incorporation of the measurement uncertainty unless explicitly stated by the client.
